He has successfully built and led investment businesses globally, earning a strong track record as a strategic advisor to private and institutional clients on wealth management and investment strategies.
With a PhD in intelligent systems for algorithmic trading and 15 years of expertise in quantitative finance, Aleksandar brings a deep understanding of both research and real-world applications seamlessly bridging the gap between innovation and practical wealth advising, driving smarter financial decision-making.
With over 12 years in operations, 8 of them in leadership, and a background in technology and financial services, Andja leads operations and compliance at the Belgrade branch, turning complex processes into reliable, client-ready delivery.
